Programs
Bikes, education, and community — across every age, ability, and zip code.
Our Programs
Bike Distribution Events
Our largest program — bikes provided free to underserved populations through partnerships with 200+ social service organizations including schools, nonprofits, churches, and refugee programs. Delivered through Bike Fests and Rodeo events across the Portland metro area.
Key partners: IRCO, Catholic Charities, Easter Seals, and hundreds of community organizations.
Summer Camps
A traditional day camp where every activity is done by bike — sports, arts, swimming, and outings — so campers are active all day, building friendships alongside real bike skills. Campers keep their bikes at the end of camp for continued use. Scholarships available.
Safety Clinics & Workshops
Practical bike education for all ages and skill levels. Offerings include adult and family learn-to-ride classes, smart cycling for new or returning cyclists, traffic confidence courses, cooperative cycling, and bike rodeos.
Community Bike Shops
Our three storefronts in West Linn, Portland, and Hillsboro serve as open community spaces — refurbishing donated bikes, offering low-cost parts and repairs, and running drop-in volunteer shifts every week. No appointment needed.
Find a StorefrontCar Reduction & E-Bike Program
Helping community members replace car trips with refurbished e-bikes — reducing carbon emissions in the region while improving access to transportation for people who can't afford a vehicle.
Family Bike Festivals
Community celebration events combining bike giveaways, safety clinics, games, and food — bringing neighborhoods together around bikes. These festivals are the heartbeat of the Reborn mission: joyful, accessible, and free.
